A great and gentle fever and pain reliever. It includes paracetamol making it great for dengue fever relief in both children and adults.

Children: 10 - 12 years 3 teaspoonsful (15ml) 6-8 hrs daily
Children: 6 - 10 years 2 teaspoonsful (10ml) 6-8 hrs daily
Children: 3 - 6 years 1 ½  teaspoonsful (7.5ml) 6-8 hrs daily
Children: 2 - 3 years 1 ¼ teaspoonsful (6.25ml) 6-8 hrs daily
