2 Cups sugar
1 Cup evaporated milk
3 Cups cow's milk
Water (optional)
One 2lbs bread grated
Four eggs beaten
½ tsp mix spice
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
3 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup Benjamins Vanilla
¼ tsp Benjamins Almond Essence
1 tsp Benjamins Rosewater
1 cup blended mixer fruits
Rum and wine to taste
Salt to taste



1. Dissolve sugar in both milk, pour unto bread add water if needed and let stand for 45-60 minutes.
2.. Mix all other ingredients add to bread, mix well, and pour bread mixture into a grease baking tin.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then at 250 degrees until pudding starts to leave side of tin and the top is firm.
4. Serve pudding warm or chill with your choice topping or sauce.
