Ingredients:

1½ cup sugar
4 Large Cucumbers
1 cup cornstarch (dissolved)
5 ml Benjamin Pineapple flavouring
5 ml Benjamin Vanilla
Benjamin Food colouring Red, Green and Yellow
2 cups water




Method:
1. Peel cucumber and blend with water.
2. Add sugar and cornstarch stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and separate in three.
4. Add vanilla, pineapple flavouring in yellow.
5. Add red and green colouring.
6. Spoon in cups and put in refrigerator to cool.
7. Garnish with cucumber.
